All in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days, regardless of shipping method chosen.
If your order includes one or more back-ordered item(s), your complete order will be shipped when all items on your order become available. If your order includes both in-stock and back-ordered items, and you need us to ship the in-stock item(s) immediately, please contact Customer Support to cancel the order and then reorder the in-stock item(s) separately.
Credit card fraud is a real and present danger, especially with online orders. Therefore, to protect our customers, all orders are subject to manual review that may delay shipment.
Our shipping carrier delivers Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. There are no weekend deliveries. All orders placed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s will be delivered using USPS.
We do not ship on weekends or on major U.S. holidays.
If you wish to cancel your order, we may be able to do so if we receive the cancellation request within a 30 minute window of order processing. Simply forward your email order confirmation or email your name, address and order number to Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) explaining that you wish to cancel the order.
Need To Change Something About Your Order?
We understand that things change and sometimes you hit the “Place Order” button a little too soon. Unfortunately, we’re not able to change the contents of an order once it’s placed. Please submit a Customer Service request (email@example.com) to see if we can cancel the order for you.
Zeta Industries accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for online payment via a secure SSL encryption. We will notify you with a separate email confirmation once payment is received, and then again once the order has shipped.
With PayPal, you can pay easily, quickly and safely online at Zeta Industries. To pay via PayPal, simply select ‘PayPal’ as a payment method during checkout. All Zeta6 speed loader products (J-CLIP, J-STRIP, K-CLIP, K-PAK, K-STRIP) are either patented or patent pending. Zeta Industries respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects others to respect our rights by not counterfeiting or copying Zeta6 products or selling counterfeit Zeta6 products.
Genuine Zeta6 speed loader products are sold on our own website (www.zetasix.com), Amazon, and on websites belonging to legitimate sporting goods and firearms stores. They are not sold on eBay, Wish, AliExpress, DHGate, Gearbest, or any other mass market platform.
Zeta Industries warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for one year from the date of original purchase. Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, alteration or modification are not covered. Zeta Industries will, at its discretion, replace the product or refund the original purchase price. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product to Zeta Industries. All warranty requests will be processed through and shipped to the address of the original purchase. Any requests to ship the replacement to an address other than that of the original purchase are subject to additional fees.
Zeta Industries does not warranty any items purchased through any unauthorized online dealers, auction sites or second-hand sales. All warranty claims must be submitted with the original receipt or invoice.
WHERE PERMITTED, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WRITTEN WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZETA INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO SPECIFIED AMOUNTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
To obtain warranty service, contact Zeta Industries for shipping instructions and an RMA tracking number. Return your product along with a copy of the original sales receipt which is a required proof of purchase for warranty returns, with the RMA tracking number written on the outside of the package, and mail to Zeta Industries.
